The picture/instructions were Ok. You could have improved upon a couple pictures identifying the spacer for a 8 foot box and include instructions when and exactly where to use it. I would be much happier if I received my complete order . I am still waiting for my side step on the drivers side.

Shipping was fast,installation was easy, and I'm enjoying them. I love the fact that they tuck back out of the way when you're not using them. I have no complaints!

I've had AMP power steps on several of my vehicles in the past and all were tough and really good quality. This non-powered side step seems like it will be the same. I only bought one (driver's side) but I'll probably get another one for the passenger side now. My F250 has a 5” lift and 38” tires…using the truck's side step isn't really an option!

I'm glad this was on sale. I understand that AMP is building the steps for various trucks but the bracket holes didn't really line up. The bolts that came with the mount look like the cheapest metal you would buy at harbor freight. It does work though. I like the step. I'm glad I don't have to use the tire to get in the side but it's not worth the cost. The actual step is just a piece of composite plastic.

The step is nice and works like it should but it was really difficult to find out that it only can be installed at the very front of the bed, about 4 inches behind my existing step bar. It isn't possible to install it where I needed and I wish there had been more information about that restriction so I could've saved my money.

These steps are awesome once installed. On both kits I installed, I had to straighten the steel brackets for them to work. If I didn't have a vise and large crescent wrench, I would have returned them. Now that they are on and straight, I love them. They're sturdy and look great.

It works, it holds weight, but not as solid as it should be for the price point, nearly 2. 5x the price of others for rear steps with simular build quality. It does move side to side a bit. Not plug and play, requires drilling and rivnut install.

The step does not fit a 2024 ram as designed. The step will not fold up into its closed position. The step hits the forward truck arm mount at the frame. There is not enough space to allow the step to completely close. There for it looks like a cheap add on product

The wrong hardware was sent to put the pieces together. A bolt broke off in a part of the mounting bracket because it was the wrong size. I called to get new ones sent and there were none in stock so I had to take care of the problem myself. It cost me a lot of extra time and money to fix. They provided no solution.

The holes between the two brackets did not line up at all so I had to take it to a professional installer and it cost me an additional $500 to have them put on really unhappy with the product
