looks and feels good and I'm glag I bought this item
I had called to ask for refund item was 5 days late appeared to be lost in tracking. Refund was given then item arrived. . Called back asked to pay for item was not pressured to, but definitely wanted to very pleased with the device and the customer service I received and the kindness, I'm very satisfied with this experience the product and customer service!!!
It is so worth the purchase. I have a hearing problem in church. I can hear everything. I can hear what people are saying to me even over loud music. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.
Pro: I love that I can turn our TV way down to nearly nothing in sound, but with these amplifiers I can watch and listen to TV without disturbing anyone who wants the house quiet Con: This pair is very sensitive to all sounds, so if I have our fan on to move air around the room the sound of the fan drowns out the TV voices. So, I just adjust myself to turn the fan off.
they were great at the beginning but now I'm having trouble charging one of them.
I have moderate hearing loss in one ear, and this hearing helper worked better than the very costly hearing aids i previously purchased. The device charges quickly, and the battery lasts all day. The only drawback for me initially was that the ear dome was too large which resulted in a loose fit in my ear. I remedied that oroblem by replacing it with a smaller one. The storage case is excellent as it fits easily in my pocket, and its easy to open by arthritic hands.
probably works good electrically.? problem is keeping it in the ear canal, while in use.! it's a problem when you have to keep your finger on it, to keep it in the ear when needed?!.
Great hearing aids except one quit working, and they told me to take them to Walmart, but they could not return them because I ordered them from aa Walmart marketplace. No hearing aids and no refund.
These ear hearing aids have negatives. They're big and clumsy. Easy to see by others. Also tend to fall off when bending over. Also, the sound can be increased but people speaking directly in front of me have to repeat what they're saying. I'll keep adjusting them with hopes they'll be useful but I'm not optimistic.
