This one grows and it very thick and works very well through the hair. The smell is PHENOMENAL, it makes my hair smell great all day! I don't get any residue or any flakes when it dries. I find that this size of mousse is much bigger and a lot of the mousse brands I see on the shelves at grocery stores! I do have to say that when I first saw this product, I thought it looked like a can of spray paint that you can find at the hardware store. Other than the design of this product, I am highly impressed!

I can use this to set my braids,my son's loc after a fresh re-twist,and even my relaxed hair as well. It's very tacky and does leave your hands with a little residue after applying it to your hair. The packaging is also nice ,and the mouse is very thick so you don't have to use too much . I also like that it does not leave a white residue on your hair after it's dried on the hair. I would really recommend this mousse .

I have to add water and more mousse throughout the day usually and sometimes it can def be tacky. My hair does frizz a bit by next day but it can be re tamed then with some re application.

No flakes. Hair feels pretty soft. No watery alcohol. It's a thick mousse. No shine and not enough hold for my 4a hair. Used with twists and flexirods. I would recommend it for tye 3b hair and below, not type 4s.
