The color was exactly what I wanted, it's very comfortable . It came in 3 boxes the 3rd box came a few days later but that gave me time to rearrange my living room, I did contact walmart customer service about the 3rd box, the agent was great to work the box arrive shortly after the first delivery. I love this sofa

Worried about purchasing furniture online, the ease, quality, and overall experience all turned out better than I'd expected. I was surprised at the color; it seemed awfully light for BEIGE, but the addition of some colorful pillows really livened it up and made it 'mine.' The delivery was prompt, although arriving in 2 separate shipments. Concerned, I contacted the seller's Customer Service representative, who replied immediately with a polite email assuring me of the shipment process. Packaging was impressive — all parts were clearly marked, with extra hardware, and with the cushions encased in protective plastic and shrink-wrapped, expanding over the next few days. I noticed no odor, and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The completed sofa was quite large, but the modular design allows for personalization, so I utilized an existing table to butt against two sections, split and placed at 90-degree angles to form a loveseat and chair. The large ottomans have multiple uses — to extend a seating section in forming a chaise, as a footrest, as extra movable seating, or topped with a tray for use as a makeshift coffee table. The seats are deep, and the cushions are quite soft, so the added throw pillows provide comfort and customization based on individual needs for family members' and guests' sizes. I cannot stress enough how prompt, polite, and professional the seller's customer satisfaction agents were in addressing issues and answering questions. Once assembled and given time for the cushions to fully expand, the sofa looks exactly like the photos on the Walmart.com page — maybe even better. I am delighted with the sectional's individualized arrangement in my living room. Overall, given the price, delivery, ease of assembly, appearance, and seller interaction, this product earns a full five-star rating.

I was really surprised with the quality and look of the couch! It’s bigger than I thought and looks expensive! The cushions not the most cushioned but it words. Do not regret my purchase, I love how my living room works

Very easy to put together and I like how I can change it up. However, the color beige is extremely misleading! My couch, that is supposed to be beige or more of a creamy white is a creamy yellow. Although their pictures say, if you have certain kind of lighting on it, it will change it, no, it does not. If this had been the color they promised, I definitely would've given it a five stars.

I purchased this sofa for my den. arrived early. boxed good. assembly was easy. the color is darker than what's pictured. The sofa sits way too low, I'm 4'11 and the it's just too short.

This sofa is nothing like the picture in all aspects. After two days the pillows have barely expanded to 4”. There is no back support at all, with the back cushions being flatter than the pillows somehow. Cheap and horribly constructed, will be returning. The reviews of this product and company are misleading on Walmart.com.
