Just got it. It seems nice. Its soft, moderately firm. It works with your arm to support your head. I was concerned about the location and spacing of the gap for my arm, but it's perfect. Good price. The only thing I don't like is the cover. Its a little too small for the cushion %26 kind of squishes it out of shape. It will probably stretch out with use. I plan to put a standard pillow case on it. The one it comes with could just be used as is %26 washed later since it has a zipper.

I am a side sleeper, and the pillow is too soft to support my head and keep it from pinching a nerve and causing my arms to fall asleep.
