My husband ordered this for me as I'm having some sinus issues. It shipped extremely fast %26 it's like you see in the pictures %26 the description. Mine didn't take long to go into the position intended after breaking the vacuum seal. It's exactly as described %26 feels well made. Can be used in different ways. Great for anyone needing their head raised or anyone needing some lumbar support..I'm including some pics. The last pic I'm.just showing that the pillow can be moved down to mid back or even lumbar too

It looks just like the picture I opened it up because it has to fluff up for a couple days but I will try it out in a couple days and maybe come back for another review so far it's a five star

recovering from surgery. had lot of pain getting in and out of bed. this wedge gave me the boost I needed to get up with less pain and the pillow was comfortable.

This pillow has helped a lot with having to sleep upright. It does take a period of adjustment. If you are not normally a back sleeper, it may not be the best fit

I bought this to prop my leg up after total knee replacement. It was not what I needed, so my husband is going to see if he can use it for sleep.

amtpm Wedge pillow is stopping me snoring

the material of the non removable wedge cover makes me slide and not benefit from the purpose of this item. they should come with or sell pillow cases/covers to avoid this.
