Amul ghee is a quality product!!
I've never purchased ghee before. Amul ghee has a great price point, I liked the design on the container (metal). It took a a few days to arrive, it is worth the extra time. The taste is amazing! I removed about a cup of it to season it with savory herbs and spices. Much easier than starting with sticks of butter! I highly recommend Amul ghee made in India!!

Love it. It is product coming from a very reputed manufacturer of India, well known for very reliable dairy products and very much respected for its good business practices and also for very amusing ads, which always attracts the attention of the country.

I'd like to know why this product contains trans fat. Is that normal for ghee? I don't recall any of the Ghee brands that I've bought containing any trans fat.
