Garden clippers
The tool is very heavy duty with good size blades. And the handles are cushioned. They do the job!!!

These worked great for the first couple of times I used them.The third time not very sharp.

These garden scissors looked like what I was needing to help with pruning/trimming outdoor small bushes/new growth but I found them very difficult to use including poor cut quality. Handles do have nice foam covering though , because of the poor cutting quality , I have decided to return. my overall star rating-2.5 out 5.
