Amy's Frozen Meals, Cheddar Cheese Burrito with Organic Rice and Beans, Microwave Meals, 6.0 Oz

I'm always searching for healthy alternatives to convenience foods. The Amy's brand is excellent but a bit pricey. When I don't feel like preparing an entire meal from scratch I feel these burritos are a fairly healthy alternative and they taste good as well.

These are excellent. Wish somebody made as good a whole wheat tortilla for sale; they are soft, delicious, and smell so good. The beans and cheese are perfect, and the quality is top notch and always consistent. You can't beat a nutritious meal that costs a little over three dollars. I throw one in my bag frozen in the morning, and by lunch, the microwaving takes less time. I have no concerns about food safety if I am working off site or traveling and do not have refrigeration. If I end up making other lunch plans, I have no hesitation putting them in the fridge after work and eating the next day. Excellent bang for the buck!

Amy = pricey so that's just part of the game. Other than that, I like to have a burrito every now and again but can't take spices, so this product is great for that purpose.

I like Amy' s burritos for a few reasons. I know that there is no meat in it. It does taste good, and is filling too. They are extremely easy to cook as well......and I hate cooking, so that is a huge plus for me.

I have been eating Amy's burritos for years. They're high in protein without the added meat ground beef and sausage. I'll pair this with some fresh broccoli for a healthy lunch and I absolutely love it.

I've been purchasing Amy's products for years. these burritos have a great flavor and are the perfect size for a snack. I love that Amy's does not fill their products with junk ingredients like so many American food manufacturers.

I have noticed that a lot of burritos are not necessarily always the same somewhat great and some are just not great. He's the ones typically are a lot healthier. They have less sodium which I'm looking for to be able to enjoy a one or two of these in a single meal, the rice definitely does help you fill you up more.

this was a good burrito but it was almost 4 $. a couple days later I tried the 50 cent burrito and it was just as good. gotta go with the cheaper one.

The “tortilla” looks like a Styrofoam product. There isn't even any meat in these and they are 3 1/2 dollars, and they are extremely small and they don't fill you up. At best they are a $3.50 snack. So much cheaper to make your own.

Today, I bought 1 of these Amy's Frozen Meals, Cheddar Cheese Burritos to go along with some Amy's Cheese Mole Enchiladas I got for my lunch. I have eaten lots of the Amy's enchaladas, but this is my 1st Amy's Burrito! Well, the 2 enchiladas were absolutely delicious, as usual. BUT, this Amy's Frozen Cheddar Cheese Burrito was a total joke! This Burrito is small! But it was the fact that there iwas so much tortilla wrapped around such a tiny amount of filling that really annoyed me. - Where was the Cheddar Cheese??? - Where were the Organic Beans??? - Just a tiny amount of seasoned brown rice was in this, so the entire Burrito is basically just folded and rolled flour Tortilla around about 1 tablespoon of seasoned brown rice! - Super dry! - Super Disappointing! So, did I get an "End Of the Production Line" Burrito? Or, is this the normal way the Amy's Burritos are? For me, I will just stick to the Delicious Family Size Amy's Cheese Enchiladas, as they are my favorite food on the Planet! I will treat myself once in awhile to the amazing Amy's Mole Enchiladas, as you only get 2 of these treasures, but they are amazing. I WILL NOT be trying any more of the Amy's skimpy, dry, Burritos!
