I ended up really loving these! I do add a little shredded cheese and sour cream, it makes it taste even better yet! Definitely good with out it though too, I just always have those things so why not amp it up even more! lol! Good healthy option and I definitely recommend;)

The taste is wonderful! Equally good made in the microwave or put in the oven. Great taste and I am picky. This allows me to eat Mexican food without going overboard on calories. Such a treat. Enchiladas with corn and black beans is my favorite one. No unhealthy ingredients.

Amy's Kitchen line of frozen food never disappoints- packed with flavors! I wish each serving container was large. They are pricy for the little amount you get- feels more like a kids meal portion. I can easily eat two containers, worth, and 3 containers worth for my husband.

AMY'S Enchiladas are the BEST! I am addicted to them! They have awesome flavor and texture. The color is great! They are quick and easy and wonderful substitutes for dinners. You get two drenched in sauce and coated in cheese. You are left feeling fully satisfied.

love love the pineapple !! I usually buy two . This time I'm going to freeze small chunks first on cookie sheet when frozen with spatula they lift right off into freezer bag . Great for pick me up snack on the go! The price is unbelievable !! Thankyou Walmart and Thankyou Pineapple growers !!

These are soooooo delicious! healthy too which is a hard combo to find. I could seriously eat one of these every day. they have a mild sweet curry flavor and are not spicy at all. you are supposed to mix it all together by the way, and I just do 4 minutes in the microwave with no cut on the wrapper. comes out perfect! The ingredients in this meal are anti-inflammatory and I have back problems so I try to eat healthy when I can. This little TV dinner has been a good friend lol

I really like all of Amy's food products, as long as they taste like vegetarian and not like vegan foods. These black bean enchilada with rice and black beans is delicious, just the right amount of everything as far as I am concerned. Everyone's taste preferences are different. Me, personally, I don't like (never have) and now cannot tolerate really hot spicy food, and this meal is just perfect for me. It's also delicious!

We try to eat healthy, so the Amy's organics are one of our favorites. We've tried several of them, but this one is our favorite. Good, clean vegetarian ingredients and both the packaging and product tray are recyclable which is good. Highly recommend you try this brand and some of the other frozen meals they offer.

I recently tried the Amy's veggie loaf meal and gave four stars because of lack of taste and flavor. Potatoes tasted like they had no butter or margarine or milk like creamed potatoes normally have. Peas and corn need some added butter or margarine to give flavor. And the veggie loaf itself was lacking in flavor. Overall it would be a good easy to prepare product with some seasoning. But that is just my opinion.

The portions are so small you need to buy three (3) to satisfy your hunger. Tastes great; however, I need to eat three to make a meal. At almost $6.00 each with tax, that's $18.00. You can go out to eat at a Mexican Food Restaurant at that price. If the portions were bigger and it wasn't so expensive, I would eat these several times a week.
