-This gummy has a little bit of an off texture—not a chewy as most gummy items. -The flavor is not delicious, but also not completely off putting. -I wasn't sure what to expect, but it does work. I felt full and didn't have any cravings.

Great product! Just reordered
Loving this products results. Blood sugars are more controlled and I've lost 5 pounds during the holiday season here. Helps me feel fuller for longer and don't have the carb crash after meals. Just reordered another bottle

Helps Keep My Blood Sugar Balanced
Taste is pretty good for a sugar free supplement gummy. So far it seems to help curb my cravings, and I have less of a sugar spike and crash. More balance. Will see if it helps me lose weight, but overall very pleased with these gummies so far.

Seems to work
The taste isn't the best, but it definitely suppresses your appetite. I find I don't snack and feel full longer. Haven't really checked the weight loss.
