Good but not perfect
Takes a while to register the new battery for X3. Still learning to reset the oil service, which is 2000 miles out of 8000 miles for synthetic oil change.

Great but needs to include a manual.
This needs to have a manual with operation instructions included. I have to find YouTube videos to learn how to navigate it and find systems I want to test.

Wrong USB cable included
The Ancel BM700 would have probably gotten a 5 star rating if it weren't for the wrong USB cable that was packed with it. it needed a Type C cable but came with a Type A.

reads bmw codes but no documentation
next to zero documentation. screens are different from online videos of same model. does read codes for my 2006 330xi BMW. comes with a usb cable for connecting to computer? zero info on an app to use with it or how to update firmware.
