Anchor Hocking Embossed Glass Baking Dish, 3 Quart

This clear glass pie dish is very heavy and easy to clean . I love how thick it is . You can put it in the dishwasher if you want to . I got a air fryer and I was so afraid that it would not fit and let me tell you it does. I have not had any problems at all with food sticking it .I can not stress enough that it is heavy duty and strong my grandson actually pulled it off the table and it did not break are chip anywhere . I will definitely be getting more products made by anchor. Very good product.

My new Anchor Hocking Laurel Embossed u2122 8" Square Clear Baking Dish is a very nice addition to my baking supplies. I really like the embossed design on the dish. It makes it much more attractive for gifting baked goods and for pot lucks. As always, glass baking dishes allow you to see what is happening on the bottom of your product as it bakes and I feel it gives a much nicer finished appeal to many dishes. Anchor Hocking is a brand I have used for so many years and have never been disappointed.

We got the Anchor Hocking Laurel embossed square clear baking dish because our 6-year old daughter always is up for baking something lol l. Her sister and her have made brownie-cookie bars in a toaster oven. No uneven baking.... perfect every time, definitely recommend!

This casserole dish from Anchor Hocking is extremely high quality. It's very heavy duty and has a very good weight to it. It's absolutely beautiful the way the Laurel pattern is made into the dish. It just looks so nice no matter what you put in it. This is the perfect baking dish but also I use it to put cold foods in like banana puddings or when I make a vegetable tray because the dish is so fancy looking it just looks great on my table and perfect when I have guest over. This is really excellent quality and not just a plain piece of glassware. It has nice thick glass and even handles on the side that make it easy to remove from the oven or take out of the fridge. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful casserole baking dish. You won't be disappointed!

I'm always a fan of embossed fabric, furniture, dishes, etc... I think it adds style and charm to anything. The embossing on this clear pie dish by Anchor Hocking makes it look like something my grandparents would have had in their cupboard; it is timeless and the embossing adds nostalgia. It is a heavy glass dish and the sides are not shallow. I like that it is wide (9.5 inches) and deep (about 2 inches); I have used pie tins in the past and they are often too shallow. I've used to make a baked pasta dish and a tuna casserole. It has a good amount of capacity and can hold a significant amount of food - great for a one pan bake. It is a great addition to my baking tools.

This is a nicely weighted dish, with a lovely design which makes it look very expensive. My first try use was for a church pot luck where I received several compliments on the glass etchings. The compliments were nice and the casserole baked well, but my favorite aspect of the dish is how easy it is to clean. Even with the designs etched into the glass it was a breeze to clean. I received the Anchor Hocking Laurel 9x13 (3 Quart) Clear Glass Baking Dish with lid. Oven safe, freezer safe, microwave safe, and it has a ten year warranty. It can be used to bake all sorts of casseroles, bar cookies, lasagna, or side/main dishes. It's also so pretty it can not only be used for baking, but for serving also. I used it for serving my blueberry scones for company.

I use a lot of Anchor Hocking cooking and baking items and this "casserole" dish is really stylish with its glass embossed design around the sides. Thick glass and nice heavy weight. Great dish for a dinner for 2-4 people or fill with fruit or salad for a pretty presentation on your table. The square dish is 8-1/4" side to side on the inside and 2-1/4" from bottom to top edge on the inside. (see attached pics for more detail of the dish) I will use this dish frequently because it's just the right size for my smaller dinners for 2 people! Great quality and will last for years with proper care and handling.

Everyone should have a casserole dish in their kitchen! This one from Anchor Hocking Laurel isn't quite right for lasagna but it worked anyway. Even if you're not a casserole person you can still roast veggies, keep tacos warm, and so many other possibilities. The handles are big enough for grasping with oven mitts or a towel. The bottom even has a bumpy texture to keep it from sliding off a trivet or heat pad. This is a fantastic glass baking dish that will see plenty of use in my kitchen. Baking affordable meals in this is a snap! Baking in glass is a little different than ceramic or metal baking dishes, however there isn't a huge change in skillset here. Get one and bake some of the classics!
