Anchor Hocking Embossed Glass Pie Dish, 9.5 Inch

A beautiful U.S.-made baking dish, suitable for the fanciest “covered dish” events. The laurel design is a nice upgrade to standard plain glass bakeware. Suitable for oven or microwave-- not broiler, toaster oven, or grill. The thick glass gives very even baking, as shown by consumer groups; better than metal. It holds about 2 quarts. The wide side handles really help moving it in and out of the oven. A nice addition are the band of tiny glass bumps that wrap around the edge of the dish to the bottom, that lift it slightly off the surface for cooling or may even insulate from getting the surface too hot? It definitely helps if you grab the dish out of the oven by the top and bottom, as it gives a better grip on the glass. Nice design. It bakes my prize-winning coffee cake perfectly. If it chips or cracks during proper usage, there is a 10 year warranty.

This is a nicely weighted dish, with a lovely design which makes it look very expensive. My first try use was for a church pot luck where I received several compliments on the glass etchings. The compliments were nice and the casserole baked well, but my favorite aspect of the dish is how easy it is to clean. Even with the designs etched into the glass it was a breeze to clean. Thank you to the designers!

This is a lovely baking dish, I love the embossed designs on the sides. I have used it a few times now to make things like lasagna, a layered bean dip, and brownies. Everything comes out perfectly cooked! It's thick glass, very durable, and is just a hair taller than my other glass baking dishes in a 9 x 13 size. It doesn't stain or retain food odors. It cleans up easily in the dishwasher. I'm genuinely very happy with it, it's beautiful and I love using it!

I baked my lasagna in the oven using the glass baking dish. My lasagna turn out to be delicious. Everything was baked evenly to perfection. I first washed the baking dish in lukewarm water with a soft sponge to remove any dust. I pat dry with a soft cloth and then poured my ingredients for the lasagna. The baking dish is a very generous size and I was able to feed 8 people. The design that is all around the top part of the dish looks really elegant. I placed the baking dish on my dinner table and it looked so elegant. I feel that the baking dish is very sturdy and will last a long time. I also used this baking dish to make macaroni and cheese and it also was evenly baked to perfection. It was simple to clean, I just used warm water and a sponge and all the food was removed quickly. I love the handles because I can get a good grip and not have the dish slip from my hands. Overall the baking dish looks really elegant and of excellent quality.

I'd give this more than 5 stars if I could. This Anchor Hocking clear glass baking dish is such a beautiful, high quality item. The outer is textured with their Laurel Embossed pattern. It's an eloquent, slightly floral look. The inside is smooth to the touch, no pits or bumps. The dish is thick and heavy, and feels like such a nice, quality piece. It would definitely make a great gift for someone. It'd also be a beautiful dish to serve your food in, even for special occasions. The baking dish holds 3 quarts. It's 9 inches by 13 inches. This type of pan is my go to for multiple foods such as; baked pasta's, lasagna, fajita's, enchilada's, baked chicken, cake, cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls. This is a must have pan in my kitchen! I expect to get many years of use out of this baking dish. This Anchor Hocking glass baking dish is oven safe up to 425 degrees, microwave safe, freezer safe (just be sure to let it thaw before putting it into the oven) and dishwasher safe! It's BPA free. I received the Anchor Hocking Laurel 9x13 (3 Quart) Clear Glass Baking Dish with lid. Oven safe, freezer safe, microwave safe, and it has a ten year warranty. It can be used to bake all sorts of casseroles, bar cookies, lasagna, or side/main dishes. It's also so pretty it can not only be used for baking, but for serving also. I used it for serving my blueberry scones for company.

This Baking dish is very useful. Because of its size it fits n the microwave. It can also be cooked in the oven. However, it has a disclaimer that it cannot be heated in a toaster oven perhaps because of intense and direct heat. I like the size and square shape as well as the embossed decorations in the pattern. The pattern is very festive to serve on your dining table. I like that it is the right size to cook in the microwave without it getting stuck when it turns. You cannot use this in a toaster oven and must not bake in it! Your guests will enjoy your food with the beautiful presentation...

First of all, let me just say how impressed I was with the shipping. It came in a huge box and it was super-duper wrapped in bubble wrap. I mean, it took me a while to get all the bubble wrap off of it! Second, I was impressed with the product itself. It is a beautifuly designed baking dish. It's heavy duty (9x13), thick glass and large. It's great for large serving (3 quarts) lasagna or casseroles. It really does stand out from my other "plain Jane" baking dishes. I absolutely love it!

No ordinary pie dish. So pretty I didn't even want to use. But use i did! Nice thick and weighted glass. Made an evenly cooked and beautiful pie! So many compliments. Then washed and used it as a center piece holder on the island. It's that cute. Scrolling work and scalloped edges. I would buy more to give away!!

This clear glass pie dish is very heavy and easy to clean . I love how thick it is . You can put it in the dishwasher if you want to . I got a air fryer and I was so afraid that it would not fit and let me tell you it does. I have not had any problems at all with food sticking it .I can not stress enough that it is heavy duty and strong my grandson actually pulled it off the table and it did not break are chip anywhere . I will definitely be getting more products made by anchor. Very good product.
