Anchor Hocking Glass Baking Dish with Lid, 3 Quart

I have 4 of these baking dishes that I use for some of my make-one and freeze-one casseroles. They're not deep but that's why I use these particularly. I use the deeper 7”-11” for my lasagna and pork chops and scallop potato dishes, among many others. But this size, with this cover freeze beautifully and you can see through the top lid when you use for cakes, dump cakes, puddings, sides for meals, or to seal up leftover bbq chicken, etc., but if I freeze something, I put a sheet of foil on top then seal with the lid, which by the way, seals nicely and totally. So I'm here to order 4 more so I can have more options as freezer meals as they stack beautifully in my stand-up freezers. And this price, you can't beat it. Anchor Hocking has always been in my kitchen ever since I can remember, maybe 55 years or more, and I still have a few of my original ones.

I have this pan personally and it's great for every day use and the lid is super convenient! Honestly never thought I'd use the lid but I love it! I also got them for gifts this year and the underside can be etched to be personalized (WIN for us home crafters!!)

I love this anchor dish! It's nice and big 9.5x13.5 and it comes with a lid. The edges of the lid are soft silicone and easy to put on and take off. The clear center of the lid is sturdy plastic so don't try to cook with the lid on lol over all 10/10

I really love the lid that comes with these and I just bought a second one so I will have two. It's great being able to seal things right after you bake them then put them in the fridge or freezer. The first one I bought has been in the freezer with manicotti for over a month and I thawed it for church fellowship meal yesterday. Everyone said it was still fabu.

Anchor hocking is a first class American company. However check the size before you buy make sure you have enough room to store The dish. Outside dimensions including handles 15 3/4 “ x 10 “ x 2 1/4”deep The other thing is the lid ,The caution instructions Are printed on the bottom of the Cover a handles section hard to find very small. The size that anchor hocking has on the label are inside dimensions. I would still give it a five star ! Yes I did keep it.

Great product. I am used to Pyrex products, but Anchor Hocking is a good brand, Similar Pyrex product not available at the local Walmart where I shop.

I liked the item! The problem is I ordered 12 and only received 6 - I received a message saying the rest of my order could not be filled so they canceled it!

9 by 13 refers to the dimensions of the bottom of the baking dish apparently. I had ordered it to fit into a chafing dish that had been passed down and needed the dish to be no larger than 9 x 13 at the top. If you don't care about the dimensions, you should be happy with the product but know that it is almost 10x14 at the top.

This casserole dish did not last 1 years. I was baking boneless, skinless chicken thighs at 350 degrees and 20 minutes into the bake, the dish exploded in my oven! Not sure if it's safe to use my convection setting now. Tried to vacuum all glass pieces but how do I know that we got all the glass out?? Not impressed! My last glass casserole dish lasted 30 years!!

altho this is a 3 quart baking dish, its more for lasagna. Its a large flat baking dish and should be called a lasagna baking dish. I was looking for a deeper 3 qt baking dish. Showed no measurements. With no measurements the photos are deceiving.
