I love the glass dishes from Anchor Hocking. I've used them for decades without any issues. I originally ordered the 3 quart, 9x13 size, but the store was out and substituted this larger one. It is actually going to work out better for me than the size I ordered. I know that I'll be getting a lot of use from it.
I love my glass baking pans! This one is extra large, and it's perfect for large families and batch cooking. I use it to cook ribs, chicken, stuffed peppers, casseroles, and lasagna. It goes from the refrigerator to the counter to the oven and the dishwasher. These pans last for years!
honestly i haven't used it yet but it was WAY bigger than i thought it would be. i was expecting like a regular size cake dish. this thing is huge. maybe i should have looked up the size on google before hand to really compare. other than that, read the directions... it says dont put it oven over 425° and DONT broil!!! i seen pics of peoples shattering.
I had been looking for a large glass pan for quite a while, but was deterred by the cost, until I found this. Extra large size, good quality and a phenominal price!
You were the only vendor online who had the correct size I needed for the kitchenware, your name carries with it a reputation for providing goods that are good quality, low price, and efficient delivery, and the price was better than anyone else online.
I had a 5 quart baking dish which is 10.5x 15 I wanted a 9x13 I got another 10 and a half by 15 with the label from a 9x13 stuck inside of it.... so now I have two that are way too big and still don't have a nine by 13.. I guess the people that deliver for Walmart can't measure or read
Unless you're a weight lifter, avoid this dish. It's so heavy when it's empty that a normal person might need a forklift to carry it from the oven to the table when it's full.
The edges on this glass cookware a super sharp. I cut myself bringing them in to my house from my car. It looks like they miss a step in the manufacturing process. This is very dangerous not only getting cut but small shards of glass could break off into your food.
this dish shattered in my oven the first time I used it. It wasn't a temperature shock or change since I removed it from my storage cabinet and then put it in the oven. the dish wasn't cold before going in the oven. It's just a faulty product. I spent an hour thoroughly cleaning my kitchen of glass. oh btw, it happened the the night before Thanksgiving 🫠 save yourself the trouble. Don't get it
I bought two of these pans for our dinner rolls for Thanksgiving. To my surprise when we took the rolls out of the oven there was a one inch shard of glass sticking out of one. We found where it broke off the pan at and then we noticed more tinier shards glistening on top of the other rolls. I had to throw out the whole pan, rolls and all. I'm not feeding my family glass! I even threw out the second pan I had bought just in case. It was brand new never used so not sure why the pan did that. They looked perfect and beautiful and I was excited about having two new pans in my kitchen for baking purposes. Very disappointed and I will not buy anything from this brand ever again.
