DO NOT USE IN MICROWAVE!!
I purchased 3 9” glass pie plates made by Anchor Hocking.these didnt have the fluted edge but was smooth edges. I cooked my chicken and was using the plate to hold them until all cooked on a 40% wattage..I heard a horrible explosion! The plate completely shattered into shards of glass..Literally exploded! I had a hard plastic protective cover over it which saved it coming thru the microwave door at myself and guest!! They are NOT microwaveable as stated..dangerous..Needless to say dinner went into the garbage for safety sake..I wont buy this brand of anything again..picture below is after mostly cleaning up the mess then i thought a picture and warning would be best!
