Anchor Kit Nature Series Greenhouses and Skylight Sheds

Installation was a breeze and really tightened down my Palram 6x8 Hybrid greenhouse against these heavy New Mexico winds. Walmart also had the best price on the internet.

Got this product with my greenhouse and very happy with it so far . It was easy to install ( my green house is on the ground not a concrete block ) and gives me peace of mind on windy days . Only draw back is it doesn't come with any tools and you'll need in order to tighten the small screws on the metal clamps .

After installing the Palram Greenhouse, this was easy. It involves a couple additions to each side and a track on top, then just screw in the anchors to the ground. It gives me peace of mind with the high winds and storms we have had lately. I would hate for my beautiful greenhouse to fall apart after all this work. The cables work great. They are tightened just enough to keep it from moving too much, but it has a little give.

EASY TO INSTALL ... AND WE SECURED THE SCREW IN THE GROUND ANCHORS WITH A LITTLE CONCRETE ... 1 BAG FOR ALL 4 SIDES ,.. BUT, IT AINT GOING ANYWHERE !!!!

I am so relieved we bought and installed this anchor kit for our palram greenhouse. I just get so nervous every time I hear the wind blowing so hard and I could just imagine our $800 greenhouse gone with the wind. Thankfully no tornadoes since we bought the greenhouse in September 2015. My husband for extra precaution also constructed a rope anchor system in addition to this kit. I think this kit alone would hold it down. You need to make sure the anchors are secured deeply in the ground. I gave it 4 stars since we have not had the experience to test the product. I hope it never gets tested by tornado winds, but for now it helps me sleep better at night knowing the greenhouse will not easily be flying off the backyard.

This is a great kit that is customized for the Palram greenhouses. It's everything you need in the proper size to anchor your greenhouse, and you don't spend time trying to find all the individual parts. I took off one star because I think it is very over-priced, but I purchased it at a discount with my Hayneedle Rewards. Good investment!

I like the fact they give you anchors for two different methods of anchoring. One set to anchor into concrete padding, another set for concrete placed underground. I used the concrete poured underground, then placed the long anchors within before the concrete set. I am a little uncertain the cable is thick enough to hold in a high wind. Only reason a 4 out of 5 stars. I may purchase a little thicker cable just in case. Otherwise, easy, fast and confident greenhouse is anchored safely.

You could buy all the parts for a fraction of the cost. And the turnbuckle I purchased (from Hayneedle--please don't censor this review as you did the first one) stripped after just a few months. I LOVE my Palram greenhouse (also purchased from Hayneedle), but not this product.
