I love that it's mostly animal-based prenatal for bioavailability. Great ingredients. I recommend it to all my pregnant friends and I'm still taking it while breastfeeding.

I just started on this ahead of our plans to conceive or 2nd soon. I'm hoping better preparation this time will make an easier first trimester with less morning sickness than my first pregnancy was. I love the ingredients especially the roe which is a food hard to find.
