I trust Dr Axe products but I believe Cortisol might not be for everyone, I took it for two weeks and felt pretty good but after that I started having headaches everyday and being sluggish, I stopped taking it im feeling better now. I'm taking a brake and might start taking it again.

I am getting much better sleep However, I have bad dreams if I take too much close to bedtime. Not enough Glycinate to stop leg cramps - returning to Glycinate for that.

Magnesium peptides capsules are helping me sleep better. It's easy to incorporate in my night routine. I take them with a cup of herbal tea before bed.

I'm giving this 4 stars because it says to to take 3 when, for me, I find that 2 works better, but, that's me. Others? I don't know. It's a nit, but, it's not perfect, and that is what I want.

I can tell when it's working for my appetite control. But it doesn't seem to be every day. I am going to stick with it For now because I believe it's a good product and I definitely trust Dr. Axe.
