Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein Vanilla - 45 Servings

I have been taking this for a while. I am not sure of the results but I got a friend to try it and she has been having fewer problems with her fingernails. I just had a hip replacement last year and the Doctor said he did not have to worry about the bone. I think it is because of this prpoduct as collagen in our bones is like rebar in concrete. I like to add a scoop to my coffee in the AM. If I have time for the coffee to cool, I don't need to add milk as the vanilla flavor is enough.

I have never had anything facilitate new hair growth on my head! My nails are also growing and stronger than before. I started seeing results weeks after starting use of this product. It's delicious in my morning coffee and I now crave the vanilla flavor.

It was a little bit expensive, so I haven't purchased it until now. The commercial on TBN says that it reduces the lines of crow's feet and helps with joint and muscle pain. I've been taking it for about a month now. I do put it in my coffee every morning, about 1-2 scoops. So far, it just makes my coffee taste good. . . No reduction of lines yet. I Haven't noticed any relief of joint discomfort. I hope it gets better. Otherwise it's just very expensive coffee creamer. Maybe it just helps other people? I'm still losing the same amount of hair that I did before I started taking it.

I love the powder vanilla…it's good in everything…sometimes I put it in a cup of hot water. . yogurt…cereal…sprinkle on salad…smoothies etc…. anything…never want to be without it. I plan to try the coffee too tho I am not a coffee drinker I would like to try it soon.

I got the formula with Vanilla flavor and I am not happy with it so I changed to the flavorless because I do not like anything sweet in my coffee. I have been putting it in my yogurt but when I get the flavorless I am going to try it in my coffee again.

I've used the Multi Collagen Protein 1 for several years. I ordered it directly when I couldn't get it at my supermarket. I am 80 years old and would normally have very crepey skin on my thighs, arms, and face. But I don't have that problem because of the Collagen. I love it!

This collagen powder is a good way to add collagen (and protein) to my morning coffee. It's easy to mix, unlike some other collagens I've tried. The vanilla flavor is a plus, as well. I like that it comes with a scoop for perfect measuring every time.

As much as I love vanilla, I found this to be adding flavor or sugar to my coffee instead of just a healthy supplement and I can still enjoy the great taste of my coffee. I like this vanilla collagen better in my smoothies. For my coffee, I just don't need to taste sweet or vanilla.

I used the unflavored one the whole time but thought I'll give the Vanilla a try, but will not take that one again. It's so sweet. I didn't like it at all. That said, it is really a preference of taste. Other than that, it's just as good as the unflavored one. So I'll go back to the unflavored one 👍

In almost through my first month's supply. To be honest, I haven't noticed a difference yet. I'll give it another month, 3 at most to see if it makes a difference. My skin did become dryer, so you need to increase water intake while taking this. I already drink 80-100oz a day, but I'm finding 100+ keeps my skin from being dry.
