Ancient Nutrition Women's 40+ Multivitamin 90 Capsules

10 out of 10! I am 4 month postpartum with twins and these capsules have helped soo much. On my second bottle. I don't feel as achy and they seem to have strengthened my nails too (a couple weeks after birth they had gotten so brittle). I wish ancient nutrition had more pregnancy/postpartum related items or a baby formula option (I'm breast feeding but need to supplement with formula as I'm not producing enough breast milk. It's hard/impossible to find a really good quality formula).

I am on the second bottle of hair vitamins. It really takes at least three months before you see any benefits. I am taking them for maintenance and I have had no issue tolerating them. I do see more volume after washing and less shedding. They are packed with vitamins we all need.

I have been taking Women over 40 vitamins for several years and changed to 50+ when it came out. I had a stroke two years ago and 50+ vitamins have the added cognitive function support, I've been on this a couple of months now and believe it's helping with mental health!

I'm in perimenopause an these vitamins were my bodies answer, I now can sleep better an during the day I feel like me thanks to the vitamins. I've tried other brands an these are the best.

This supplement is easy to swallow, however, I think it is a little too soon, I haven't noticed a difference in my discomfort with my arthritis discomfort.

I can feel the benefits now that I've been taking this vitamin the last couple of weeks. I never noticed a change in others I've tried. This is a good one!

The cap on this bottle is impossible to get off. If this is for older adults why is a child safety cap on it?! The vitamins may be good but if you can't open them, it is not worth ordering.

Seeing I'm in my mid-50s now, I decided that to try this one snd so I switched out the once daily, 40+ multi I had happily taken for years. This 50+ multi didn't cause any “upsetting” symptoms but I did notice I felt an overall lack of energy and “spark” during that month's time. I didn't want to give it any more time so I'm switching back to the better option for me: the once daily, 40+ multi. Thanks, Ancient Nutrition!

I've been using this product for about 2 months and haven't seen any improvement in the condition of my hair. Still having breakage. I'm going to give it another month to see if I see any change for the good. Otherwise I'll go back to using what I did before.

For some reason these come in a child proof container. I could not open the last o e I received. I find it a little ridiculous that vitamins for a 50 and over person is in a child proof container. I don't have kids at home anymore. I don't need a child proof container.
