AND1 Men’s Backcut Basketball High-Top Shoes

Hey guys, this And1 back cut basketball shoe for men really surprised me. It is a mid cut shoe and I noticed it hanging on a peg inside the store so I figured I would get it because of the price and just review it. Once purchased, I got them home put them on foot and was very surprised at how great they look and how comfortable they feel. The upper is polyurethane, but is very smooth looking and has perforations in the toolbox for breathability. The tongue itself is cushioned and has a mesh area that is also breathable and does not rub my foot. The And1 logos can be found on the tongue and back of the heal and look great. There is cushioning in the collar area that helps support your ankle and does not rub or feel scratchy. The midsole of the shoe is a EVA foam that has some cushion to it, especially for the price. The outsole is a thick cut of rubber with a herringbone pattern traction, which is very grippy and great for outdoor basketball courts. In the end, I would say that this is surprisingly a very good price compared to much more expensive shoes from major brands. I would not hesitate to buy a pair of these again especially for the price and you can sit back and watch them go on sell some and do even better. If Walmart ever wants to send me a sample pair of some different and ones, I would be happy to review them.

I play basketball for fun, and these are a great, inexpensive shoe for it. Why spend hundreds of dollars? THese look great, fit well, and have really good support.

These are great shoes for the price. For my job I am on my feet my whole shift so I’m pretty hard on my shoes. It gots some nice comfort to them. I haven’t had to complain about sore feet at the end of my shift either.

Absolutely one of the best purchases i have ever made. i bought them because i liked the way they looked. But that is nothing in comparison to how they feel on my feet. I out my Dr. prescribed inserts in them and whatna game changer. This shoe helps ease the pain of tendinitis.

I like new shoes, but I refuse to wear and buy basketball shoes over $50. Call me cheap if you want to, but to get a pair of shoes like this for only $20? Man! You got to be crazy not to.

I haven’t had a pair of And1 basketball shoes since I was in middle school and I am still very impressed with the quality and comfort that these shoes still provide many years later. I wear them around for walking and going out. I do not use them for basketball but they are comfortable and I am sure would be good on the court.

I've had these shoes for a couple of months now and they are a bit different than the types of shoes that I would normally purchase but with that being said I am happily surprised with this shoe. It has held up good so far and it is very comfortable.

Super cute.. from a females perspective…not very supportive if using as a work shoe when you’re standing and walking in… so I don’t recommend for that but for fashion purposes it’s fine and I bought some off brand gel cushion shoe pads and that helps… but they go well with a lot of clothing and for that price it’s worth it.. I’d buy again in a different color..if it was available

I need to make it clear that this review comes from the viewpoint of a mature adult male with high mileage, tired old feet. It's based solely on that, that these shoes got knocked down a peg or two. I simply could not wear them for any extended period of time. ON THE FLIPSIDE - Are you in need of value for your dollar? Do you have a younger child that can outgrow a pair of shoes before the credit card statement arrives? They yes, I would consider these as an alternative that helps stretch the budget and care for the needs that need to be met.

These shoes look sooooo cool. BUT, the fit is all wrong and very sloppy. I wear size 10.5 in virtually every type of shoe. From hiking boots to sneakers, without fail. After ordering the large size, I returned them for a size 10 pair with the same result: sloppy for and no arch support. No thanks. Do not recommend.
