Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses, Biome Balancing Day Cream, Sensitive, 17 oz (50 g)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal customer of Andalou for over 8 years and absolutely adore everything about the original formula 1000 roses line. They recently changed the formulas and manufactured “Born in USA” products that were made in Australia and a complete miss with horrible textures where I stopped purchasing their products and my skin suffered. Andalou listened to their customers and started manufacturing them in the USA again and the day and night creams are more like the original formulas again, specially the day cream. The scent is a little stronger is the only difference I notice now but still “natural” fragrances. The night cream is too thick though and pills. They need to work on the night cream a little more in my opinion but these products are exactly what my skin craves. Please keep the remaining 1000 roses line and the original formulas in tact. They are amazing in every way! I appreciate the new formulas closely resemble the original formulas again. I would suggest slight alterations on the night cream to be a little less thick and be more like the original formula. Thank you Andalou!

I'm a fan of Andalou skincare products. They moisturize and help my skin glow 🌟. I would say they're a bit pricey and to keep a lookout for Andalou on the Marshalls skincare aisle versus Walmart page but otherwise a very good cream to have for restoring moisture and shine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cream before and it was great for my dry skin, however, something must have changed. No matter whether I'm in dry or humid conditions, it feels like an irritated, burning feeling on my face every time I use it. I don't want to waste it so I'm using it, but I probably won't buy it again. That said, it is a good moisturizer still.

Not sure what happened but this cream and the thinning shampoo/conditioner that I've been using for years changed consistency, color and they all seem different, I don't feel they have the same results. I will probably have to change to something else as they don't seem to provide the same outcome.

Pretty upset this cream was always white and it came with a funky smell and is an off white almost brownish color. Seems like it's very old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite cream for several years. However when I purchased one recently, the color, texture and feel were off. So Andalou kindly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, although this one was appropriately white and creamy, the fragrance is nothing like roses and quite unpleasant. I had always loved the rose smell! It also has a slight stinging sensation.

I LOVED the 1000 Roses Beautiful Day Cream but this biome stuff does not melt into your skin like the previous 1000 Roses. It's too thick. I am hoping to find something comparable within the brand but this isn't it. It coat too much to not work.

I have been using !000 Roses facial products for sensitive skin for many years. I was able to get the old formula of the cleansing foam which was great. I could not find the old formula of the day cream. Since I have sensitive skin and can't use just any product, I decided to try the new formula of day cream. I can't use it. It feels different and it left my skin feeling like little bumps all over. Is there a way to get the old day cream?

I used the roses day cream for years for my sensitive and acne prone skin. My skin was finally in a place where I was feeling confident and even going makeup less some days. Then, the formula switched without notice. It smells AWFUL, like expired yogurt, has a strange consistency, and makes my face break out. This is a completely new product. Can we have the old version back?
