Andalou Naturals Blemish Vanishing Gel, 0.6 Fl Oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes get bad zits that take forever to go away and hurt badly. I've tried many things over the years that never worked so I tried acne patches that worked but I sometimes reacted badly to them so I got this desperate to find something that works without the bad reactions. It does take a few days but my zits actually shrink instead of taking a month or two like before. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Works great, easy to use, doesn't dry your skin. Wish you had all the Andalou products!

I have hormonal breakouts and I LOVE THIS STUFF. My face gets easily irritated, and while I won't lie, the product does sting a little, my cystic acne has gone down so much! When my acne flairs up during my time of the month, i notice this product helps reduce the flair up overall! Pair this with a brightening product and your skin will be golden.

Originally bought this for my daughter who uses the Clear Skin line, but recently used it myself on a few pimples and they were gone in two days! I've noticed a great improvement in my daughter's skin after using this line and it keeps her breakouts to a minimum.

I have converted virtually all of my beauty and personal products from mainstream ones to natural or eco-friendly/human friendly substitutes. After using the Neutrogena On-the-Spot blemish product for years with success, I was nervous about finding another product to replace it. I first had luck with Nelson's Pure and Clear, but purchased this Andalou product recently to try. The gel is very thin- which helps it spread easily and absorb fairly quickly. The gel has a definite clinical treatment-ness about it. It smells like Anbesol, and stings if you happen to apply it to an open blemish. (Brings me back to my high school days and Stridex pads...) But, it does seem to help stop blemishes from getting bigger overnight. It's something that should be introduced to your morning and evening routine until said spots are gone (as the directions instruct), but you won't get punished if you miss a night or a morning, or a day. Definitely also follow the directions on applying moisturizer after the gel has dried, and do your best to apply it only on the blemish head (not too much of the area around it.) It's a nice product that works.
