This is really good, even for picky children. I don't think you can even tell it's not regular pasta. If anything, I think it's better than regular pasta. And it's amazing because it's not only wheat-free, it's corn free. Check the ingredients but I think it does have rice, and I recently found out that my body doesn't do great on rice, through applied kinesiology, and come to think of it I would get tired after eating rice, and every once in a while I would get stomach problems. But if you can eat rice and quinoa, it's a good and tasty option!
since I've given up white, I started eating brown rice pasta. I decided to try this quinoa pasta and love it!! Cooks up great, good texture and holds up well in fridge. Made tuna and Mac salad with safflower mayo, celery, onions and dill. Yummy. Try it.
My local store has gluten free pasta, but I haven't liked the taste, so I've been looking for something new. I found it with this pasta. Only thing bad about it was the price. But I tried it anyway. I've never used Quinoa before so I didn't expect how much it expands when cooking. That easily offsets the price because it cooks up much more than the same amount of dry of something else. Cooks up to about 3x its dry size. Great taste, doesn't disintegrate. I also like that I'm getting protein, not all carbs in a pasta.
Cooks, works, serves with same flavor and al dente texture as Durham wheat Fusilli, yet it's gluten free and higher protein value. Holds up beautifully in salads and sauces.
Pasta is great! I have been trying to find one that does not have corn in it and found this one and it is delicious
This products tastes great - even my 3-year-old loves it! I also like that instead of corn that most quinoa pastas contain, this one has brown rice.
I love these noodles. easier to digest and great to cook with. we like using these to make a lasagna pasta. they cook nicely and have a nice flavor.
A little expensive but good
A very good pasta but expensive and takes a good bit longer to cook.
