Mint chips
These were used to make a grasshopper cake and it was awesome. It added enough mint taste so that it was mellow instead of strong. I received numerous rave reviews on this cake as the melted chips made it extra moist. The only change I would like to see is quantity. I had to really stretch to be both in the cake and decorate the top.

Good for the Holidays
These are wonderful for the holidays to add a little mint to baking. They are good with brownie mix, cookie mix, or even holiday breads.

A Hard Glob
I received this product, which was supposed to consist of Andes mints chopped into small pieces and used I cookies. However, what I received was a solid glob of chocolate mint. It looked like everything had melted and had re-solidified as a single, big glob of useless mess.
