It appears to be refurbished with a few scratches of the ‘wood' and actual paint scratched of a tiny piece the metal but I have furniture markers and can get paint for metal under 3 dollars so it's fine.

These are nice chairs. They swivel which is great. I like the matte black color. Thr me only issue with this specific model is that because of the high backs, they don't slide under our counter, which is something that's important to us for space reasons

Love these chairs! Perfect and sturdy for our kids and company. Our only issue one of the legs was bent upon opening.

The chairs are very nice however it's hard to keep them in place. When not in use they don't stay straight. They hit the marble counter and made it crack.

These were just too hard. My 15 year old said it felt like you were sitting on the floor. I agree. Very easy to assemble. Couldn't beat the price. I liked the way it looked. But deducted 2 stars for comfort and because I found the seat to be pretty narrow and ultimately returned it.

I really love the look of these chairs. But the metal isn't that sturdy. One of the legs on my chairs is dented when it arrived. The back rest would literally just bend back of you leaned on it. This was kinda a big purchase for me and i can't an afford to return. They're okay and they look cute. Just not the best quality and probably won't last you very long. :(

The white ones are not a white they more of a cream color and one chair was unsteady. Didn't come with all the spare parts as it lists

80s 80s I didn't think that for the price the chairs were worth it. It arrived with a ripped box. we transported the chairs 150 miles to where we intended to use them and found one of the stools damaged/deformed and bent. Virtually unusable but the return policy was so onerous we felt there was not much we could do because of all the packaging and distance traveled . Would not purchase again and not happy that we couldnt just get one stool replaced.

I wanted to love these. I was super excited to get them. I read the reviews and seen quite a few bad, but I figured there's always someone unhappy with something. I should have listened. One of the legs was completely dented in. Where they welded the seat area to the legs they spot painted over it and it extremely noticeable. Where the legs met the seating area the welds were already cracking, not just 1 chair, all of them. So disappointing. For the cost there is no reason they are so poorly made. The wooden seat is plasterboard. I wasn't expecting amazing for the price either but definitely not what I got.
