I received used items
I'm very disappointed with these products I recieved. Both products appeared to have been used previously as I could see some type of residue on them and hair on at least the T-Outliner. Not wanting to deal with sending back, I decided to try the T-Outliner once to shape my mustache and it worked ok. I cleaned it and put away. To my surprise, when I took it out yesterday to use it on my son, the T-Outliner was all rusty. Mind you it never touched water or any type of liquid other than the oil that's provided. I will never be buying from this seller again, possibly even stop ordering online from Walmart if these type of things keep happening. I'm trying to upload pictures but it's not allowing me.

Wrong item sent
The item sent to me didn't match the description on the website. We tried it anyway and it burned my grandson's head the blade got so hot.
