size in the speed
The one thing i do not like, it doesn't come with a user guide for the tablet. It came with a guide on how to factory reset the tablet and a guide for the keyboard; it leaves you with having to figure out how to navigate thru the process of set-up , use and how to return to the desk top. Other then the lack of a users guide it appears to be a good little PC. Fast with a great HD screen. lots of installed storage.
The instructions are too convoluted. There are too many pieces needing charged and put together. We are looking for a simple tablet to charge and use. No extras.
Well this item doesn't charge properly. It never did so the warranty I purchased was invalid. Cupsi wants me to pay the 20 plus $$ to ship it back to them for a repair - refund and it isn't rite. We thought several different things could be the problem and as we eliminated 1 thing and moved to the next it just proved out it just was the maker of the tablet needing to put hands on it to get it to charge properly. They won't let me send it through Walmart they refuse to send me a shipping label the whole nine yards. They want me to pay out of pocket to return their non-charging item to them so they don't foot the bill the consumer will. I emailed them 1 more time asking them to at least let me take it back to a walmart. I haven't heard back yet. Maybe the will
