I need a refund it glitches freezes so yes a refund is needed since they item you sent me less then half way works and it's the second one I've received the first didn't even work

The battery doesn't last very long but it has a really good picture and it keeps my children entertained

Battery is not the greatest, but over all very happy with purchase at the moment. Exceeded expectations for the price.

It is a n ice kit... the keyboard/mouse/case kit is baseline, but good enough.. It is sold/targeted to low end consumers... bottom of market for somebody wanting a tablet for basic web browsing, youtube viewing. And for that, it does work. It looks nice too!... but ... there are problems. The CPU is barely capable of keeping up with Activities... scrolling youtube feeds, or web pages does work, but struggles at times. I would say the CPU is barely adequate for the basic tasks... but it is JUST good enough. In truth, the Youtube videos never stutter,. and the screen quality is actually GOOD. The speakers are loud and decent sounding. Storage and RAM are decent too...with plenty of both for all basic activities you might want... including copying movies to the device or to a MicroSD card for movies on the go. As a last positive, it is running Android 15... a surprise for a low end device. Maybe this would be a great Kithen device... something to check your walmart order, check on a recipe, or keep your favorite podcast going while you cook. It works perfectly for that. I would say that for the low price of this unit, you are getting a GREAT value... but you are buying a very low end device.

The battery life is short but it's still a good tablet. I use it for games and ebooks. Sometimes I watch YouTube that does drain the battery quickly. I still would recommend this tablet to anyone who needs it for lightweight to medium level projects and work. But if you want a cheaper way to have a Nook or Kindle get this tablet.

This tablet looks great with nice accessories. It was easy to set up, fast, and had great graphics. But that battery... I never got it charged to 100%, despite charging overnight, and then the 97% full battery only lasted 3 hours with very light use. Fix the battery and it will be a great value.

it slipped out of my hands and dropped on the table, a 2 inch drop and the power button and volume buttons busted off .. yes there was a case and protector case on it.

When brought I thought the product was new. It was refurbished, someone info still stored on product as well as acts very slow, overheats when charging. Haven't had the time to take back to the store so it was a loss.
