I like the options compared to my apple tablet. such as usb option. no exclusivity etc. I ordered 1 but got three and was charged for three. Its been impossible to get the co to send me the return labels. They (the co) recommended I just keep the two I didnt order but was charged for and give them to friends... If I had to do it over again, I would pick another tablet and company .. so buyers beware.
Good bundle deal for going to school especially taking notes in college. My daughter has a child profile which limits what she can do and uses it to watch her videos and color. It's good for traveling and working on the go.
I've only had the device for about a week, but so far so good. I really like the bluetooth keyboard it came with, but the wireless mouse is mediocre (and requires 2 AAA batteries fyi). Additionally, the charger is kind of cheap; you can hear when it is plugged in with a high-pitched whining that is generally worrying for electronics. Makes me think there are too many things plugged into one outlet even if it is the only one. But it uses the standard usb-c charger, so its not big issue. It does come with a usb to usb-c adaptor so you can plug in the wireless mouse (though again, the mouse they provide isn't that great) and it comes with a screen protector already on as well as a spare, so that's nice. It also came with a stylus that I've liked so far and a decent case, though the case is meant to be able to prop the device up, and mine at least keeps slipping and dropping the device flat on the counter. I don't know, maybe I'm using it wrong or something. I'm not great at judging tablets themselves, because I'm much more likely to notice if the operating software is designed in a way I don't like and focus on that, but I haven't had any true complaints yet, at least, hah! Over all a good deal and I'm generally satisfied with it.
it's exactly what I was wanting to upgrade from a phone to a tablet. it is larger than I was wanting and wanted something more in between my phone and my laptop. this is more on the laptop side then the phone. what was the right carrying case I can take it anywhere with me and I'm not on the phone voice calls very often. so for me for now it's perfect.
I had very limited use with it so far. Like: easy set up, bright sharp screen, good sound. Dislike: Volume rocker jumps from quiet to loud and is hard to stop in between, picture dims during videos at times (not every video), no instructions on how to use, especially for the keyboard, no instructions on how to do a screen shot and where it would store a screen shot.
OMG, so because their tablets were bought through a third-party on the Wal-Mart app, they will refund the purchase amount but no exchange! That’s not fair I think of ANYTHING is sold thru the Walmart App they should stand behind the product because you're allowing them to use your store to sell their product I agree!! It shouldn't be difficult like that just to do an exchange! We want the tablet, but it's not our fault that it came in defective Amen
the tablet wprked fine for a day pr so ... ive had it for 3 days now ... but some applications, google apps and others, the response is very slow and requires ahiting down and reatarting. the auto-rotate feature, which is especially dysfunctional, qorked as designed inril yeaterday, but now its split. Sometimes i can get rhe orientation i prefer, but the home screen itself is stuck "upside down" permanently. i want to exchange because i like the performance otherwise. ILLknow better adter a week or so.
when I purchase this item I got it late and him upon opening it up and after setting it up I'm legally blind and disabled so a friend of mine looks at it and tells me there is a crack across the screen so when I called to try to have it returned they told me to take it back to Walmart and when I get there they tell me they can't read the barcode on the back of the machine because it is a refurbished tablet so they can't read the barcode that's on the tablet itself so they will not return it or give me my money back
Did not have all the items that it said it came with , no instructions to wireless keyboard and Bluetooth mouse and mouse also broken wouldn’t accept none of my email address and yes they were Google mails, when using as a laptop it doesn’t Helen have a stand to prop it up ! It just lays down next to key board , and I notice right away the glass had scratches on it 😡
I bought two of these tablets and both stopped working within two months. One of them no longer turns on and the other the screen is frozen black. Absolutely do not recommend.
