My son loves it. He wanted a laptop for Christmas and he's not old enough for an expensive laptop, and this was perfect for him and it survives him without breaking or cracking.

I am buying a second one my child loves her

I ordered 2 (1 for a back up). I tried to set the 1st one up and still can't get it to work rigjt. The 2nd one has its issues but at least we can use it.

Easy set up. Appealing to the eye. Just a bit blurry.

It has a very short battery life . Had trouble hooking up with my Internet. When it arrived the screen protector was scratched up. I don't recall it saying anything about it being reconditioned. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I got it to do class on line and I am unable to do that. As far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money.

When I got the tablet I turned it on and it went through the usual new item startup process. During that process, it connected with my existing pad and copied everything on it. It then went to reboot and would never start again. Here's the problem, I can't send it in for replacement because all of my info is on it, credit card %23's, passwords, contacts. All it would take is for someone who knows to fix it to have all of my data. The kind of people you would return it to. Walmart is zero help if you purchase through the marketplace so I'll have to be very cautios before I purshase anything else from them. DO NOT BUY!!!
