Android 7.3''Full Screen 8G+256G Mobile Phone 24+38MP Face Fingerprint Unlock 5G

I had to return this purchase because it was not a 5G phone as described on Walmart.com. However the seller refused to accept it.

This is just in the past few minutes (since receiving and opening package): 1) Phone NOT as described being a 7.3 inch. It is a standard 6.7 inch for the Reno. 2) Back of phone is getting hot and battery is draining quickly (from 80% to 50% in minutes from just browsing to see phone features. Like I said, this is just in the few minutes I have had it in my possession. It's not honestly advertised and I don't need to get paid to tell the truth. If I rate something low, I always give reasons why. Pretty sure I will run into more problems down the road, but these 2 stand out right from the start.

it freezes several times a day, it doesn't recognize my other devices to connect to Bluetooth. i don't get messages or voicemail in real time. It won't download certain apps. Camera is blurry. I initiated a return to the seller but, no response. Save your money

the item is not unlocked it also do not have enough Imei numbers to even get it fully unlocked. upon trying to get it turned on with the carrier i learned something is wrong with the phones and the phones do not come up because there is not enough imei numbers. dont waste ur money or time like i did.

This phone is nice, but it was not compatible with my service plan. When I reported this to Walmart, I was told the seller would contact me. I had one e-mail asking who was my service provider and nothing else. So I am out $130

can't use it with my carrier and the sales person will not email me back.. about a refund r nothing they r sad!!!! want happen again

phone won't stay on... says welcome then shuts down ..im very unhappy

It is not compatible with my wireless service company. Im currently trying to get a refund. Seller has only wanted to know what service i have. then crickets. not another word. dont buy.
