Very nice tablet, it's a little on the heavy side , I guess because of the larger battery. I haven't had it long enough to test how the battery will hold up. The speakers are ok, picture quality is very good also.

Thus far, so good. The tablet arrived in good condition and was delivered on time. The tablet already has kids apps installed, which include history, music, and a variety of games. You can also select the time of usage and build a plan. There's an app just with games for kids. I hope this lasts longer than the previous one she got (from another provider).

I got one of these tablets for each of my three children for Christmas. My kid dropped hers and walked on it by mistake. I contacted the seller, and they provided a completely replacement tablet within a week! Super helpful, and honestly, the tablets are wonderful as well, but the customer service is what really sets it apart!!

The interface in the children's part is enjoyable, with huge symbols for little hands to hit. It offers its own versions of YouTube Kids, art programs, and educational activities. This was all wrapped up in a fun concept that corresponded with the case.

This thing has caused me the worst nightmare of my life. After roughly 20 minutes of charging my daughter's tablet (everything original that came with it), I smelt something burning and lo and behold it was smoking. Because of this damage, I now need to replace my wall socket. This product has been purchased and exchanged three times. The unfortunate aspect is that my kid enjoyed it.
