The battery doesn't last very long. It gets extremely hot on the bottom side. The protective case dislodges easily making the charging process difficult at times.

I was excited to try this small pro seven tablet. It was replacing one I had that was an Acer for several years. Comparatively, I was terribly disappointed the battery life is very short and the unit runs hot and after two months of gone off, use the screen now freezes and you can't go forward or backward you unplug it. It doesn't turn off and it just gets hot. Would not recommend this and unfortunately the return period is Expired and I can't send it back.

My biggest issue with this is it did not come with a box for the charger It just came with a cable The tablet is a decent tablet for the price point it's hard to get a octa core CPU with more than three Gigs of RAM for under 50 overall I'm satisfied just don't understand why they did not give a charger with it

This is a very primitive tablet. I bought it mainly to use as a reader but the battery life is so poor I can't use it unplugged for more than a couple of hours. Many apps say they aren't compatible with this tablet. Pay a couple more bucks and get a tablet you can use.

It runs very hot, since very first use. I haven't set a pin yet, but it locked me out anyhow. And, it won't show any recover option button, for a factory reset. It only shows a green robot logo, lying down. .

Walmart's description says this tablet has 8G of RAM - it doesn't. It has 3G of RAM and 5 in >virtual< memory which is nowhere near as fast as actual RAM. It wven says "3GB 5G Expand" right on the box. Bad move, Walmart.

👎😕Great price but its a very bad quality tablet,,it takes forever to get it powered up, battery doesn't hold a charge. It will shut off for absolutely no reason.! I'm so very disappointed that I got such a terrible tablet, I got it at a great price but I have suffered foe trying to save money.! Do not buy this tablet.! 👎😕😕

I do not believe it was brand new! It had a search history in it of bracelets and other items, things i WOULD NOT SEARCH FOR! it would NOT Bluetooth with my current tablet, (i HAVE never HAD AN ISSUE WITH USING BLUETOOTH, and I don't remember seeing that it was refurbished when I ordered it.) However, that is a mute issue because it fell off my kitchen table and the screen is cracked. Otherwise, it would have come back to you.

I have had several ONN tablets over the past several years. This tablet's advertising claimed longer battery life, more RAM, updated processor, so for a lower price I bought this tablet. I use it for reading books, playing free cell and checking email. The battery life is shorter than the ONN that froze up after 20 months. This tablet suddenly freezes up and has to be restarted about every other day, that never happened with the ONN until the last month. assuming I have not waited to long, this goes back tomorrow.
