I don't really know why there's bad reviews on this tablet. It runs smoothly comes with everything pictured. I love it so much. It is 256gb so there's no lies . Looks exactly pictured. Perfect for gaming. That's what I'm using it for. I definitely recommend.

This is an outstanding Tablet! It has 16GB of RAM 4GB Virtual, for a total of 20GB for lots of thinking power. It has 128GB of Internal Data capacity. I added a 1TB XDSC Card with ease that I had on hand. Connectivity to 5G is consistently fast. This is a great machine!

Internet Scrolling is incredibly slow, jerky and pauses. Display reflects room light and is not crisp. Terrible compared to any old cell phone. Speed tests show that Wi-Fi feed is very slow. Way more than less than ½ the speed of my phone. Battery life is pitiful. Less than 2 hours. Charging Block gets very hot, too hot to hold. Tablet charges fine with my phone charger. I Returned after less than a week.

Returned due to dropped calls. Also had a few instances of lock up. Go with a trusted brand on these devices and save the headache of poor Operating system match to hardware.

item came packed and ship wonderful but when I started doing the initial system updates that you have to do on all new electronics it would not update a few of the items that are a necessity of daily use and when attempted to update them manually the unit would reset itself every time

Do not waste your money on this tablet! It's poor quality and it's extremely slow. I barely have any apps on it and it's still slow. I'm already going to have to do a factory reset. When I tried putting my sd card in the piece that pops up just broke off. I took an extended warranty out on it so I'll be filing a claim.

and trying to set the tablet up it continues to move things from my phone over to the tablet. problem is it is always dying on the on the Wi-Fi which is going on and all to the point where after 10 minutes it just stops not what I wanted.

Purchased this item 9on 12-4. Upon receiving tablet, I downloaded my personal information on it and then charged it. 12/14, the device stopped working. It will not turn on no matter how many times i changed outlets to check. Now Im angry becuz my personal information ( banking. Emails, etc ) is on this device and im scared to return it for fear of my information being accessed. I cannot even turn it on to return to factory setting. I do not recommend. And if it's purchased, do not do what I did and download your private Information on it.

this tablet does not work right at all!!! the battery sucks and it shuts off on you in the middle of working!!! Ugh i should of just sent it back and got my money back and bought a galaxy tab like i was gonna!!!
