i used this to fry catfish kids loved it all the adults couldn't get enough great easy to use breading ,this is my go to breading an i always keep extra on stock .living on the river we eat alot of catfish, all the different seasons these guys offer are awesome

Great for frying up fish. Good taste, sticks well to fish and you can add your flavoring to this mix ( ie: lemon pepper, spices, etc). It is hard to find so buy up a couple your next fish fry. Is a bit pricey, but well worth it! The red batter mix in this brand is also good!

Yummmmy!!! Best product for fish fry!!!
If you love Captain D's or Long John Silvers batter you'll love this batter. I used ice cold sparkling water instead of regular water for the batter. I would recommend thawing the fish before using this product you don't need to dust it with batter it's nice and light full of flavor. Crispy
