Andy's Seasoning Cajun Fish Breading 10 oz, Coating with Crisp Texture

My beloved wife introduced Andy's to our family years ago. My daughter now cooks for me and she continues the tradition. I have no idea about fish but I do know this works great on chicken. Use this with the skinless chicken breast fillets you can get in Wally's meat section either by cooking the whole fillet or cut the breast up to add to sweet and sour stir fry you can get in Wally's frozen food section. Either way, it is really good , fries up crispy with a snap at times when you eat it, and it also looks good before you pour salsa on the fried chicken fillet which offers a taste you can only experience. I use Pace mild, I'm too old for the really hot stuff anymore. This is good seasoning that we use a couple times a week.

Nice and crispy I have cooked a lot of fish and I like this the best not just the red either all of Andy's they have a good thing going

we have been using this breading for years. it tastes great, not salty tasting, actually has a spicy kick to it and 1 pack can cover several pounds of fish. 2 can cover comfortably over 5 pounds of my fish and we still have some left over

perfect for crunchy and spicy, i use it on everything.

It's a bit spicy. I add a little flour to it but it's a good buy

Tasty but be careful with the salt intake. Andy's Seasoning Fish Breading is a great convenience food for battering and it's tasty. It lacks in the area of crunch. You may need to add crushed Panko or 2 day old crushed bread slices along with added seasonings to get that perfect bite.
