Angelus® Leather Preparer & Deglazer, 5 oz.

I bought a leather vest through walmart.com which came with a gloss finish. I hated the glossy finish, so I purchased this deglazer, that arrived in 4 days, which removed that finish almost too well, because I used an old toothbrush with this preparer and deglazer instead of a cleaning rag. I might have kept the original dark brown color of my vest. My vest is very dark brown, close to black, but anything is better than having a glossy finish, which made it look cheap. Follow up with a good leather conditioner to prevent the leather from drying out

Love it! Had a small scratch on the patent leather of my Air Jordan 11 Cap %26 Gown shoe and all it takes is a Q-tip, dip it in the bottle and gently rub over the area. Scratch is completely gone.

I used this to clean off old worn leather shoes so I could paint them a new color! I also used this same brand's leather paint to accomplish that. This product made the clean so easy. The directions are clear and simple. Great product! I love this brand for leather! (In the photos, yellow is the new color)

I like this brand, but not sure what this particular product does. It smells like acetone. It does remove some dirt and stain before painting leather. Strong smell!

Great product for starter or people who work or restore sneakers.

Bought this because I ran out of All in One Paint Surface Prep Deglosser wipes. I needed something faster than the week or so it takes to get those. Walmart could get this to me in 2 days. It works but you need a lot. I used 2 bottles (same cost as a container of the wipes) and would probably need 6 for my couch. Value was not there, performance was not there, smelled like rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, ease of use was also not there. Will always keep the Heirloom Traditions wipes on hand because they work so much better.

This product only comes in small quantities and would require a lot to get the job done.
