This is very helpful and great to work through with my son!
This book has really been helping my 5 year old. Its meant to be read by someone older, a teen perhaps but my child is very smart and as long I explain what I'm reading to him means, he can keep up. He loves doing the activities.
it is a great workbook.
It requires a lot of reading and writing. So wouldn't recommend for younger children. But it's a good way to teach the child skills to think about how they're feeling and to process their emotions.
Very colorful, but not overdone. Activities are direct and based on well known, broadly practiced strategies and interventions!
Looks like a great book but we didn't keep it. i was looking for something for my 7 year old, the workbook was too much for him at the time. I'd say is more towards the 10 year old crowd.
It appears to have a lot of activities but they are a lot of writing activities. Children usually don't like to write a lot %26 prefer quick points. However, I will use it %26 update my review later.
