love the actual product. the plush is very soft and cuddly and the accessories help to remind others for the need for masks and sanitizer when going through treatments. only complaint is the packaging. the glue on the packaging is really sticky and is hard to get off if it touches the toy
Item is just as pictured. It's cute.
Have no complaints about the toy itself - it's just a toy. However, the toy we got was stained with glue from the packaging, which is impossible to remove. Also, part of the set was missing. The staff responsible for packaging and preparing the toy for shipment should check the set is complete and review the materials they use for packaging to minimize such incidents.
It was on sale so i purchased it but it came dirty and is an item made for the Covid times so it's a bit outdated. The hand sanitizer was empty too. It might be an ok gift for someone sick.
When my three Wellobeez for my daughters arrived, they were all open. The Unicorn Wellobeez was missing the matching unicorn keychain hand sanitizer. I was hoping to have all pieces there as that is what I paid for and that is what is advertised.
