This works well and actually tastes good. Way better than taking big pills. It seems good quality and you get a good amount for the price. I'd definitely recommend it. I've been really impressed with this brand. So much that it's my go to now. I've tried a lot too so that's saying something.

Thought I would give Flex a try as we all experience issues with flexibility and injuries while working out aka work or play daily. Flex is now a staple in my routine. This is one of the best and "richest" in composition dietary supplements for joint support (microlactin and cissus, of course). It turns out a delicious cherry/orange drink. I'm trying the new Berry flavor, it's not that cherry is better than orange, it's just that the regular orange is already boring. Excellent composition and convenient powder form with collagen.

Flex is the most effective joint health supplement I have tried. Flex powder has allowed me to continue weight training into my 70's. The powder form makes it much more convenient than the usual glucosamine horse pills that provided minimal if any benefit.

I've was struggling with elbow and shoulder pain for about 6 months. After doing some research on the internet I came across FLEX. I've been using Animal Pak for years now so I knew the company only puts outs out quality products. I called customer service, and the honesty I got over the phone sold me twice. I've been using it for 3 to 4 months now and I swear by it.

After using Animal Flex Powder for a month, I've noticed a real decrease in the crackling noise from my knee joints that used to happen with every deadlift. I mix it in my water jug and drink it up for a refreshing pick me up! I love both flavors, too!

Very easy to drink and not too strong of a flavor. I prefer this to taking multiple pills throughout the day. I usually pair this with serving of creatine and it's kept my joints feeling good.

1) I like the nutrition content, and the powder form (I can not swallow large pills) 2) I dislike the nasty sweetener they use in the powder mix. I can barely tolerate the taste of it. There is too much of it, and it is not regular sugar. It is a substitute, which makes me (pardon) vomit. I wish they did not add any sweeteners to the mixture. I have honey at home, I can add it to my taste. I will not buy it again regardless of the nutrition content.

I tried for 90 days, and two separate flavorsI am not sure if it was the sweeteners or the flavoring, but it crushed my stomach. I only mixed it with water, and drank it with my morning eggs. I moved back to the original pill form, and no issues. I would recommend a flavorless, no sweeteners version and I would try again.
