Great way to track deliveries - you can see the parcel being dropped off, and you get an alert on your phone. And it also works well as a video doorbell. The face recognition is a great touch.

Pro - This camera is easy to add on to the current system. Easy to use after.

Good but does not work with Alexa only downfall otherwise would have given 5 stars

The camera is very nice but it isn't the one I thought I was ordering. The naming and pictures used can make selecting the correct doorbell difficult. I had wanted the one with the removable battery, but ended up with the dual camera fixed battery version.

Have not been unable to connect add on to current set up

Very disappointed with Eufy Home Base 3 (HB3)compatibility. All Eufy cameras and doorbells were supposed be compatible with HB3 by CY2022. It's now February, 2023 and they just keep pushing the dates out month after month. This is unacceptable! We have a bunch of cameras and now we have to deal with returning this doorbell as well as our HB3. We really wanted this to work for us.
