Works well so far.
Great video doorbell. Still getting used to it so a tad annoying with it's alerts and saying Excuse me to people. Battery life seems to be draining slowly which is good. Be glad when they come up with a solar panel for it so I don't have to remove the doorbell to charge it.

After being a Arlo customer for years, decided to update all my security camera system and switch to eufyCam S3 pro and door smart doorbell, it was the best decision ever made, really recommended ñ, give a 10 star's

For the back door
The field of view and clarity are top notch. Since this is my second doorbell, I like the fact that the app allows me to choose between which doorbell pops up first.

Video Doorbell S330
Love the duo view as well as the actual ring is audible inside the house. So pleased with the Eufy that our home is now completely on the Eufy camera's. BIG plus is no additional subscriptions! Previous Ring and Wyze customer.

Excellent device; instructions confusing.
Excellent features, design, build quality, and I have given a 5-Star rating even though the enclosed instructions are confusing. However instructions on the app are excellent. Love it!

Deceptive Marketing Practices
Very disappointed with Eufy Home Base 3 (HB3)compatibility. All Eufy cameras and doorbells were supposed be compatible with HB3 by CY2022. It's now February, 2023 and they just keep pushing the dates out month after month. This is unacceptable! We have a bunch of cameras and now we have to deal with returning this doorbell as well as our HB3. We really wanted this to work for us.
