Awesome system! Much better than SimpliSafe, which I had prior to Eufy. The customization ability and responsiveness is phenomenal. This is 100% an upgrade.

I typically don't write negative reviews but I hope the company will improve the quality of their products. The home base serine sounds like a kids toy you can barely hear it. I had ADT for a couple years and when the alarm went off it would blow your ears off. The motion detector is very poor quality. You have to get really close to it in order to catch any motion. The reason I bought it because I have eufy doorbell camera that works well so I thought rest of products would be the same. I am thinking to return it.

Homebase is the original old version Homebase 2, not 3. The kit has not updated with the rest of their inventory. The alarm kit will only alarm whatever the keypad is linked to so if you have multiple homebases due to the size of the area of coverage you are planning for, this kit will not be a good fit for you. However, if you only need 1 homebase for a small area and only want the older models of cameras, this kit might be okay for you.
