the lock is easy to install and setup. i also like that there is an app where you can add members of your family to each have there own code. This helps so you know who is opening the door. there is also a key option with this lock so if the batteries run out you can still open and lock the door. I give this product 5 stars as easy to setup and use and only took 30 minutes to install.

This is our second Eufy smart lock, identical to the first. We've had the first one for over 5 months and it's been fantastic. It's so nice to be able to lock / unlock the door remotely and get notifications when there's activity happening while you are away. (Or a teenager trying to sneak in or out at night.) So we added this one to our backdoor for the same piece of mind. Be sure to use "leak proof" batteries to avoid mishaps. I'm not sure if the batteries supplied with this unit are leakproof, so we went ahead and upgraded them when we installed it.

Replacement door lock. Need a programmable and wifi so that could program dates, tunes and passcode. This is an affordable WINNER.

Decent basic WiFi lock. Simple installation if you already have a standard deadbolt. I end up using the code to unlock most of the time, as the Apple Watch app takes probably 5 seconds to connect and do its thing. It is nice to be able to connect over WiFi with the phone app and make sure the door is locked. Have not yet created codes for others but it is a simple process in the app. Would be nice if it supported Apple home keys for quicker unlocking but of course you'd have to pay a premium for that.

I've used this lock for a few years and the touchscreen isn't always reliable or will beep when the wind is higher. Assembly is fairly easy and the lock latches smoothly. Overall, aside from the items noted above, the lock is worth buying.

I love the concept and price point, but after installing I went to get duplicate keys made. No place could figure it out. I called Eufy and they told me you cannot copy the keys. Huh, that can't be or else it is one of the stupidest things I have heard. If you lose your keys you have to replace the lock if you want to use keys. I understand it's a smart lock, but with property managers and such, they want physical keys. Very bad product design and seems like an easy fix. Returning it today. 5 stars for the lock by itself, but 1 star for product design. So if you don't care about keys at all, I would buy it.

I think this one has lower quality than others product. Software and connection is not good enough for safety.
