I love these cameras only had them for a few months I had to charge one so far but it's in a high traffic area the first charge lasted around 3 months and the one I'm on is still good I just disable that camera while I'm home the cameras have all kind of settings to personalize the other one is still on its first charge but its lighter traffic The videos are clear There is some delay with the notification but that camera is working I don't know what to tell you about installation but for me it wasn't bad just follow the instructions I bought the same cameras for my mom and I had to set it up for her but she is 82 years so it was easier for me to do it for the money we are happy eufy cameras we have .

Love the cameras, the mounting hardware-not so much. Not sure if it's just me, but the screws are kind of big for the mounting and unable to utilize with the cameras. Simple fix-went on Amazon and found some that work. Satisfied customer.

Excellent images and connectivity.

All 6 cameras working well after 5 years. The only issue l have is sometimes the camera will not achieve 100% battery power. No matter how long it is left to charge.

Night version doesn't really work, it's blurry and unclear. Always picks up the wind or bugs, when you set it to adult motion it picks up animals as well.

Bought this item for Home Kit compatibility thus not needing to pay for a subscription. The detection is horrible. I kept the Ring camera that I was going to dump up to compare. Eufy captured half of what Ring got. They claim 180 day battery life. Setting were set to battery optimization. Barely got two weeks out of both cameras. Contacted their customer service about the detection issues. After 6 days they responded that I needed to reset the system and see if it continued. Which meant I had to go through the whole set up process again. Your device does not work as advertised but you want me to spend hours trying to fix it. NO THANK YOU! Oh, and their tech support is in China and supposedly they only work days. So given the 12 hour difference they only want to communicate with them is via email. So basically nothing happens. Bye, Bye Eufy and Bye, Bye Anker,(My wife had a similar issue with a different Anker Prodcut) will never buy a product from you again!

Had it 3 months has been hopeless to say the least. All of the following examples happen whether my cam is set for human or motion. I have set the activity zone between my driveway and the kerb yet it catches every car that goes past even ones on the far side of the road, yet often misses pedestrians right out side my house! Often captures vision when absolutely NOTHING is happening not even a leaf blowing in a distant tree. Also it pretty much goes to sleep and captures nothing (except cars going past) once it goes dark through until sunup! Also the vision is so poor that you could not identify a perpetrator if you gave it to the police. Absolute rubbish. I would put down a score of zero if I could, I will gladly remove all I have said if I can have a refund!

This camera system kicks on too late. Even with the sensitivity turned away up. It also likes to give me motion detection rather than human detection. Not that great of a system for the price.

Bought new Not impressed Bad resolution Inconsistent recording Makes cars look as if travelling twice their speed. The newer 4k versions are a lot better, but still get confused in strong light.

Completely unreliable. Product has terrible connectivity, there's not enough signal range from the home-base to even bother buying more than one, definitely won't work for a house unless all 4 walls are less than 3 meters from home-base. Cameras constantly de-sync from home-base and will not reconnect no matter how many times or how long the sync button on both the home-base and camera are pressed for. It will randomly reconnect to the home-base days after trying to sync. Even with highest sensitivity setting the camera takes far too long to start recording and will miss all vital moments that should be recorded. The camera image is very clear but it's pointless if you can never record anything. Definitely a big waste of money!
