[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros 1. Touch based smart lock so you don't need a key. Fingerprint is sufficient. 2. You can also unlock using regular key or keypad 3. Auto-lock when the door is closed - this is a useful feature. 4. Fingerprint data is stored locally and not on the cloud 5. Looks really good. Cons 1. I don't know if the auto-lock can be turned ON/OFF. Haven't figured that out yet. 2. Unable to connect to Alexa/Google Assistant. 3. Lock needs wifi adapter to work with wifi, else you need to be within bluetooth range to be able to unlock from the phone. Overall rating 5/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock is the best new addition to my front door. It is so secure and it allows my family and I to ditch our house keys. All we need is our finger print or a short code to unlock the door, it's the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this Smart Lock Touch & Wi-Fi and I love it so much. The installation process was super quick and easy. The directions on the manual were very easy to read. I installed the smart lock in less than 20 mins. Now setting the fingerprint and code was super easy. I love how you can unlock and lock the smart lock from your phone. The fingerprint recognition works amazing because it recognizes your fingerprint fast. Also, putting in the passcode is super easy and simple. Overall, this is an amazing smart lock because I get the peace of mind I didn't leave my door open this gives me reassurance if my door is locked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product as a replacement for my current smart lock, and this did not disappoint!! I don't have to worry about locking my door because I can set a time for it to automatically lock by itself! Even if someone leaves within the locked time the lock will lock itself again!! the fingerprint recognition is a life saver as well not having to worry about a key or passcode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting a lock for my door that I didn't need a physical key to open. The Eufy smart lock is exactly what I had in mind. It has an app that you need to install, then you can set up a fingerprint and a code to open the lock. You do get multiple physical keys that you can also use. I typically use the app to open the lock when I'm coming home from work so I can just open the door when I get there. The battery that comes with the unit needs charged, and does come with a compatible charger. I have had no trouble with the battery. If it needs charged soon, I plan on doing that overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took about 30 minutes total to remove my old deadbolt, install the eufy, and configure the app. Not bad! We got this lock so that if we got locked out we could use the pin code or fingerprint scanner to get in. It certainly does both of those well. I also feel futuristic and cool right now.

I have no had any issues using it and recommend it to anyone that wants to get in their house quick! If my husband can install this then you definitely can he has no electrical experience and you don't either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Smart Lock because of a video we saw on TV where two boys saw a Smoke coming from the inside of a house and called the owner and the owner told them to save their dogs and the way they got In was by entering the Code on their Smart Lock. That video made me get this Smart lock for our house because we have two pets at home and we sometimes go out on weekends. Having Smart Lock will definitely help our Pets get help right away while we're out. It's even more smarter when this Smart Lock is connected to an App. This is Awesome!. The installation could not be more easier and since we already have one and we know how it works now, we plan to get another one for our backdoor soon.

My Husband and Son are always losing their keys and I've been known to lock my keys in the house. I don't have to worry about this issue anymore! This is a solid lock and it works very quickly. Easy to use and install. There are multiple ways to open the door using this smart lock including key use with their special made keys. I love the fingerprint unlocking system. I am very impressed with this smartlock and would recommended it to anyone.
