Easy to set up and very clear video recording .love the snap shot when a person is detected as well as being able to record personal quick responce.

Purchased this through a black Friday promotion and so far we are happy with the doorbell. A friend recommended this brand because of the local storage and you don't need to have a contract.

I can't comment on the actual device because I bought it for a Christmas present. I can share that the package came rather quickly.

The setup for this doorbell was easy and straight to the point. This is my second doorbell from Eufy and it was a step up from the basic doorbell.

I had to call the helpline to tell how to pair the doorbell to the home unit. After they told me to hold them close together, they paired easily. Good helpline service!

This is the exterior doorbell camera. Pros: good camera, not triggered by tree leaves. Easy to talk to someone outside. Consistently gets people who approach camera. Cons: difficult to install, but we're not carpenters; camera doesn't trigger when standard size cars or people go by on front driveway /- 20 feet from camera.

This product is trash as well as their customer service. Hardwired the doorbell camera to my house and it still shows low battery... how? It is getting electric current. Also, The home base to device is not functioning properly. It's asking me to insert an SD card however the home base 2 device does not accept SD cards. It also will not let me restart or reset the device. I can unplug it and plug it back in but that does not reset the device. It won't hold any video footage and it's telling me it cannot function properly without it. I tried to get the cloud storage and I was told it's not available for the device that I'm using. So it is a lose/lose situation . I have only had the device about 30 days and it already does not work. It worked for about 2 weeks and then stop functioning. I would not recommend this device to anyone. at this point I don't know if I can recommend the company to anyone since their customer service starts off as AI, and then when you try to get human customer service they ask you to still use the AI to go through some troubleshooting before you can get to human customer service. The AI doesn't understand my questions so I have to keep asking for customer service until it finally gives me customer service. Then when you talk to customer service they can't help you so they have to send it to tech support higher up. So I would say stay far away from this brand. If you have any problems whatsoever you're not going to get the help you need right away and your home will be unsecured with a camera not working properly until they can get it fixed for you. I'm hoping there's some way I can return this at this but I don't know that I can. I'm also hoping somebody from Eufy sees this and does something about it because this is terrible. My whole situation has been terrible with their product. Do not recommend at all.

It's junk! It wouldn't accept my password now matter what I did! It wouldn't pair with the home base.

I could not set it up because the QR code on the back of the device was not recognized, so I had to return it.
