Plugged in and was able to use for Teams calls immediately. I am told the sound quality is good, it does not pick up background noise when i type.

This works well with both and syncs well with major players in conference calls, namely teams and zoom. I have not used webex and unsure how it works on that platform. But the sound is excellent its very easy to travel with and the lighting is great if you take calls at night.

I am using in the mode as a USB hub, providing HDMI output to my monitor while still charging. Is meant for personal use, so the speaker loudness is just right for me being close to it. I enjoy the improved mic compared to my laptop and having physical buttons for mute and volume which worked automatically with Zoom on my setup. Cool product.

I was using a headphone before but it did not have a clear microphone and people had trouble hearing me. I've been using this for a few weeks and it's working great. It blocks out background noise and speaker noise so there isn't any echo. It's simple to set up and use and it picks up my voice from nearly anywhere in my room. This is great for communications.

It picks up sound really well, so whoever is talking on your end, the other person is able to hear. The sound that comes back is also much better and louder than the sound that comes from my computer. This device works best for people, but for music, it does not work so well. The setup is pretty much automatic, however the device it plugs into must have a USB-C port. A USB-C to USB 3 adapter does not work. The touch keys are responsive though which is a plus. Overall, if you are doing a lot of conference calls, this is a great device to have.
